Test Capability
Simultaneous measurement of single-phase and three-phase voltages and currents for accurate analysis using the power analysis library in test software.
Measures single-phase DC and voltage in HV+ and HV- and transmits data via EtherCAT at a data rate of 1 MHz.
Supports synchronization of current and voltage phases of three-phase alternating current (AC) and transmission via XCP-on-Ethernet at a data rate of 2 MHz.
High Voltage Safety Temperature Module (HV PTMM) Measures Temperature in Inverters.
Frequency measurement module (CNT 4 evo) calculates motor efficiency by measuring torque and speed.
Support three-phase electric power calculation function. The synchronously measured phase currents and line voltages are sent to the host computer via XCP at a rate of 2 MS/s, and the software function library is used to complete real-time power calculations, such as active power, apparent power, reactive power and power factor.
The test software also calculates all the necessary parameters such as input power and energy, output power and energy, power dissipation, energy loss, efficiency and rotating magnetic field frequency.
